Where Is The Golden Mask of King TUT Now?

The mask of Tutankhamun is a gold mask of the 18th-dynasty ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun (reigned 1334–1325 BC). It was discovered by Howard Carter in 1925 in tomb KV62 in the Valley of the Kings and is now housed in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Now, however, Egypt is in the process of moving the most important pieces of king TUT’s treasure to a new home in the Grand Egyptian Museum, near Giza. but till today the golden mask didn’t move yet to the new home. you can visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square to see the golden mask on our tour.
